From the second we drove up the private road to the house, to the second we drove down on leaving, we enjoyed ourselves more on this holiday than any other. Seeing the two roe deer bucks in the gardens on the first day, and almost every day after, was a thrill, as were the buzzards,the dolphins in the firth, at the end of the lane from the house – idyllic, wonderful, spectacular, we loved it is the best way to say it.
